My alarm did not ring

Open the app, go to Settings and check Alarm Reliability. Make sure notifications are allowed, your phone is not in a mode that blocks alarms, and battery optimization is not restricting Waken.

Subscription or purchase

Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Use Restore Purchases in the app if your Pro access is missing.
